This winter’s Festive Brunch at CIAK – In the Kitchen will take guests’ appetites straight to Italy. The Festive Brunch opens with choices from a range of savoury dishes such as the refreshing Marinated Salmon Tartare. Moving on to second course, guests can slice into options between Norcina pizza and Mezze Maniche pasta, or further elevate the experience with Homemade Tagliolini and an abundance of Alba White Truffle (for an additional HK$880). The festive feast culminates over options of Italian cheese or indulgent desserts, including the classic Tiramisù.

節日午市嚐味套餐

One Michelin-starred Takumi by Daisuke Mori is embracing the festive season through a mindfully festive lunch tasting menu by Chef Daisuke Mori, featuring beautifully presented dishes with top quality seasonal ingredients from France and Japan. The journey begins with Sanma – Aburi, Couscous, Sweet Bitter Sauce. Sanma, a signature Japanese fall fish, is half-cooked with its skin charcoal grilled, seasoned with homemade sweet-bitter taste soy sauce made with fish liver, mirin, sake and served with mint and cucumber couscous. Another highlight is Akamutsu – Barley Risotto, featuring Akamutsu, the premium Japanese fall fish that is full of fat, served with soft, creamy Barley Risotto.

米芝蓮一星餐廳 Takumi by Daisuke Mori 在聖誕時節特意準備了由行政總廚森大祐設計的九道菜午市套餐,精心挑選來自日本及法國的優質食材。從炙燒秋刀魚配古斯米及鮮魚肝汁開始,精緻的菜餚融合了煙熏和新鮮的口感。半熟秋刀魚再炭烤表皮至帶有焦香,伴以薄荷青瓜古斯米及鮮魚肝、味醂及清酒混合而成的秘製醬汁,苦中帶甜,更能襯托出秋刀魚的鮮香;赤鯥魚配薏米意大利飯,肥美的赤鯥魚輕烤表皮伴以薏米意大利飯,多汁軟滑的魚肉與絲滑稠密的意大利飯互相輝映。
